Turbit

Brand & Product Positioning for the Global Leader in AI-Based Wind Turbine Monitoring: After my first parental leave following STRAFFR, I wanted a new challenge — AI, HealthTech-adjacent deep tech, B2B. I joined Turbit, a young startup that reminded me of my early days at emmy: strong technology, but still building out experience and structure across the team.

What I did

Positioning & Communication Led brand and product positioning to close a real gap — Turbit was technologically far ahead of its market, but that wasn't yet visible in how the company communicated externally. Worked to bring clearer, broader communication to the brand's presence and product architecture. Scaling & Investors Supported the company through a phase of scaling and investor relations — a young leadership team navigating fast growth, still building out the experience that comes with time. Why I moved on Balancing the role with family and health became increasingly difficult, especially with young kids at home. I made the decision to prioritize family and health over the mounting pressure of the role.
